Just because I am losing weight differently than others(and much faster) does not mean it's wrong!! Perhaps if some people actually tried having a little will power and quit cheating on the diet plans they are working on more results would be achieved. You cant say your on a diet and doing well when your around other people and then go home and eat like a moron. Burn more than you take in and you lose lbs. It's not rocket science! I think it's crazy that you are so negative. I have lost over 40 lbs in 5 weeks and went down from a size 40 waist to 35. I went from an xxl t-shirt to a large. my cardio is great, my strength is through the roof,( you said I would lose all my muscle mass, not true), somehow i am putting up 225lbs. on the bench 3 sets of 10 and then I burn out with a set of 15, I do perfect form curls 4 sets of 10 with 40 lb. dumbells, I am squatting 400 lbs. and my body has undergone a major transformation all in just 5 weeks. I feel very sorry that you are so obtuse to try different methods.
your loss

Being open to different methods is one thing, but going to the extreme as you are is not just different, but just not as healthy for your body. I doubt you could find a doctor to give their blessings on the extreme method you chose for weight loss. You're likely losing not only fat but muscle as well with such an extreme plan, and I don't think you want to lose muscle.

Eating 500 calories with your physique and activity would be like a petite woman eating say 300 calories a day.

It's not that I'm not supportive for you losing weight, I'm just a little nervous with the speed you are choosing to lose weight.
