Well, are you willing to count your calories? It's not a diet per se, just keeping track of what you eat compared to how many calories you should aim to eat on average each day to achieve your goals.

If you lose 2lbs a week you'll be right where you want to be. We just need to set you up with a calorie deficit of 1000 calories a day on average and you'll be right there.
