The freeweights/universal are just low rep higher weights, and alternate between muscle groups
arms/shoulders
Back/waist
legs/butt
Im really just trying to maintain LBM, for my loosing phase. And burn some more calories to help my intake/burn ratio. | You're going about things the right way. Keep it up!
