| Gazpacho -one large jar of whole peeled tomatoes. i get imported san marzano's.
-dice cuccumber, green peppers, red onion and a little garlic.
-throw in a dash of lemon juice and blend in a blender.
-next is the cilantro sauce. chop up some cilantro, garlic, little asian peppers and add olive oil, and lemon juice. its usually, two buches of cilantro, 1 tablespoon of lemon juice, 1/2 cup oil. and as many peppers as needed to taste. i blend this too.
