The routine is pretty lax actually.

30mins of cardio which alternates between
jogging (5kmph)
Walking at a 12% incline at apx 3.2kmph
Stair machine on a interval preset.
I do one cardio for teh whole half hour, but alternate on different workouts

The freeweights/universal are just low rep higher weights, and alternate between muscle groups
arms/shoulders
Back/waist
legs/butt

Im really just trying to maintain LBM, for my loosing phase. And burn some more calories to help my intake/burn ratio.
