And I was at 260 today. (that last weighin was the day before i posted) so this is 2 more pounds in two more days.
Every time i weigh myself, its after my morning slimfast, I drive a short part of my shift (im a driver) get in my shorts, use the facilities and weigh in before workout.
Great, im going to up my calorie intake by 200 calories/day anyway. And when the loss slows down, I will drop it again. Im not wanting to lose fast, I want this to take enough time for me to be set fully in my new eating habbits, before I hit my goal.
