| Super healthy Vege Pita/Sandwich 2 large tomatoes, diced
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and diced
1 large onion, diced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
In a medium serving dish, toss the tomatoes, cucumbers and onion with lemon juice and salt.
serve it with pita bread or persian bread if you can find it.
