I could live an kashi bars! they are so good! The crunchy ones tend to have more calories and fat because there are two bars in each package, but are still wonderful and a great snack. Also, because they have tons of protein and fiber I can grab it on my way to class on the mornings when i happen to sleep through my alarm

and I don't starve before class is over
Might I recommend the trail mix chewy bars as well? Those are my favorites! (they have almost exactly the same stats as the honey almond, a little less protein or something like that, but they have crasins, which more than makes up for it in my eyes)
just be careful that you don't get addicted!
