Simple Ways to Lose Bellyfat

So You've lost all your unwanted pounds... or perhaps you have just a few more pounds to go.
But what's with that thick spare tire around the middle?
You may have already tried the treadmill, sit-ups, weights, and still you notice little effect. To make matters worse you keep hearing those same old warnings: The risk of possible heart problems due to high levels of fat carried around the waist
So what's the cause of this disappointing result? The answer is actually quite simple...
It's most likely due to two things; The foods your eating and stress!
So here are some great tips to keep in mind as you endeavor to complete your quest of shaping up and thinning out:
Eating Highly Processed foods Equals: FAT STORAGE
Yes, I know you have heard it before time and time again, but the simple truth is your body processes raw, whole foods differently than the white refined stuff, so if you can add more healthy whole fruits and veggies to your eating plan, this is going to help you not only stay away from the heavy sugary desserts for a longer time, but it's the first important step in fighting Belly Fat! Also get used to those whole grain breads, etc that are so good for you and start tapping into their incredibly healthy benefits, like fiber that keeps your body working properly. So think Strawberries dipped in dark Chocolate or even some crispy whole wheat crackers with low-fat cheese.
Fight Fat with Fats
Have you heard the latest news? Studies have shown that those that eat a healthy diet including the good healthy monosaturated fats like olive oil, nuts & avocado's at every meal, loose more lbs all around than those who do not. And that includes the WAIST! Ideas: Have a hand-ful of almonds in the morning , a healthy salad or sandwich with a slice of avocado for lunch and start the dinner with a slice of Italian whole grain bread with nuts dipped in ..you got it seasoned warmed olive oil. Ummm.
Add a few hot pepper flakes for an even better effect!
Keep the Stress at Bay
This is probably the most important of all. The body produces cortisol when stressed out, some call it the fight or flight syndrome. The result is, that first it triggers you to eat those high fast foods you are not supposed to eat and then it will cause the body to store the fat exactly where you do not want it the most: The belly! This is NOT a good thing, as you already know.
Ideas: The next time your in bad traffic have your favorite music going! Music is a known relaxer of course, just make sure it is your favorite! Take time out whenever you can to relax, have a glass of wine. A cup of tea. Deep breathing helps too, along with staring at your fish tank or even your favorite color. Either way you must find time to chill out!
Start Dancing One more conclusive report showed that those who actually worked their whole bodies thru some sort of aerobics movement lost more overall belly fat than those who just went for the target area work-outs, such as the push-ups, sit-ups etc. So put on that music and start dancing or get out the bike and go for a nice fast ride. Run don't walk.. Move it! Move it! Move it!
