Re: Your Guide to Healthy Sleep! (Yes sleep helps you keep weight off!)

i myself had sleep apnea and insomnia i have a cpap that i'm supposed to use but the mask they gave me just goes into my nose doesnt cover my mouth and i'm a mouth breather so i cant breath through the nose mask. the apnea is part of why i'm losing weight i didnt have the sleep apnea before i gained all the weight doc said losing the weight could help with it it is hard to have a bedtime routine when you have insomnia i tried going to bed at a normal time but after i lay there 30 min to an hour i get up cause my tossing and turning keeps up my boyfriend so i've taken to waiting till he is asleep to even try to go to sleep i've tried taken melitonin pills and vallerion root i've found this sleeping pill called sleep md sold at walmart everything in it seems natural and it works as long as i dont take it every night so i have been able to fall asleep easier than before but it doesnt keep me asleep i wake up everytime i roll over i just havent found anything that will keep me asleep and not make me feel drugged all day the next day i'm just hoping that when i lose this weight i'll start sleeping better again
