I like to try and eat all organic food they say it has 10 X the vitamins and minerals than non-organic. It’s good to eat fruits and veggies with good fats like Coconut oil, and nuts with your salad. Stay away from carbohydrates like bread, but eat protean like eggs and fish. Mitch |
