| Re: Hello Everyone, Greetings! Great intro and welcome! I think you're on the right track and you should keep up what you're doing! The only thing I would maybe suggest is adding some more protein to your diet, but other than that things look VERY good for you to achieve your goals. I know you're not trying to gain muscle, but I would recommend adding weight training to your routine, because weight training will help you keep the muscle you have while shedding the weight. It's easy to lose muscle when you create a big calorie deficit.
