| Kashi Bars Hey guys, I've been eating one Kashi bar as a snack during the day on most days, but not everyday. I was wondering if these are actually healthy to eat while losing weight or if they're a bad food that I should be avoiding. They seem healthy but I don't know if there is something that I'm missing.
Edit to say I'm eating the pumpkin spice flax crunchy ones and the honey almond chewy ones.
