yes! lay's ones are the best, and no i dont like baked chips, theyre gross
donna - i got sick and lost like 12lbs which inspired me to keep going cos i lost 12 for free...i know that doesnt help cos you dont control getting sick...but other than that, isnt it just as simple as eating less and trying to work out some..?
just one tip that i've recently discovered - when you work out, try to do more weights/muscle toning rather than focusing on cardio.
ok, say youre working out for 1h30 - do about 25 min of really heart pumping cardio, then do about 40-45 min of weights, and try to do all your muscle groups, starting with the bigger ones (i.e. legs/back) and moving to the smaller (arms/abs) then go back and do 10-15 min of cardio, then stretches.
overall, you're technically doing the same amount of cardio, but by building muscle you're cutting fat.
one way you have to think of your body as a circle, and whatever percentage you are of fat, it's nearly the opposite in muscle. therefore if you build muscle, there's less room for fat. (i.e. 30:70)
also, the more you excersise your muscles, the more calories your body burns when you're not working out.
hope this helps!
if something's not clear, i can prob explain it better, so just ask
