Well hello to everybody. I am new around and I am really focused on losing weight. At times I feel that it is impossible but then I continue to try.
I am currently 6'2 and weigh around 287 pounds.
When I saw that I was near 300 I said to myself that this was enough!
I am embarrased by this weight and I am really hoping to lose it all soon. I recently bought a recubment bike and so far in around 50 minutes i have burned 300 calories.
I have a few questions about the following..
How many calories do I have to lose a week to have me have a chance at losing at least 2 pounds a week?
How long should I ride on the bike to have a chance at 2 pounds a week?
I am really confident that I can lose weight but by reading online I saw that it takes a lot more calories than just 300 to lose a pound. I really need to lose weight because first of all I am embarrased. I feel like there is things that I am missing out on..
Please any help or suggestions are apprecciated.
