What do you consider slowly? 2lbs a week is a good healthy drop, if you're not losing that then you need to re-evaluate your intake vs output and the amount of carbs you're taking in. Quite a few people need to really limit their carb intake to make a difference. Eating oatmeal or some other good carb for breakfast and then maybe whole wheat bread for a sandwhich at lunch and then no more carbs for the day. Also 3 days a week is not nearly enough exercise to get your body to do what you want. You have to PUSH yourself or your body adapts, every week try to do something harder than the week before. Either go faster, go for a longer time or add weight lifting. If you are doing the same cardio 3x a week change it up, always! Do not eat the same thing every day either as your body will adjust and stop changing.
