losing weight slowly is the best way to do it and your doctor will tell you the same thing everyone has to find the right number of calories for themselves and the right types of food for themselves that will allow them to lose weight. and healthy foods can taste just as good or even better than the unhealthy foods like if you are gonna eat pizza make your own use whole grain flat bread with homemade tomato sauce and lots of veggies and lean meat like say turkey bacon or skinless chicken breast. it tastes awesome but is so much better for you. that is the kinds of things i've been eating and losing weight with and...i hate to admit it..but i'm lazy person and i never cooked or seldom did i took the easy way out for it. always had an excuse until i made up my mind to be healthy now i cook my own foods so i know what is going into it and if i do eat out i get a salad or get a grilled chicken sandwhich and a side salad and dont eat the bread. there are so many little changes that you can make that will make a huge impact on your weight loss you just gotta be willing to look for it and besides anything worth having is never easy to achieve if it was easy there wouldnt be so many over weight people in the world
