Update

well after my second weigh in on sunday I have lost an additional 8 lbs. I have not increased my calorie intake as of yet and I feel really good. I have noticed a signifigant change in mf body.. I have not yet felt the loss in muscle mass as you all say I will. I am sure you are right though but I think I am willing to sacrifice a little of my muscle mass to lose the weight.
I don't know if it is good but I have actually lost most of my appetite. I really have to make myself eat just for nutrition now.. Food is no longer a huge part of my life as it used to be and I love that.
