| New to the forum. Need help/advice. I joined a few days ago.
I'm 29 years old. Almost 30 in a few months.
I'm 5 ft. 11 inches and weigh close to 333 lbs.
I've been heavy all my life.
Two years ago, I started exercising/dieting. I went to the gym 6 days a week for an hour. I walked 3 miles. I got to 296 lbs in 4 months, then stopped. My mother got sick and made going to the gym difficult.
Here I am. Close to 30 years old. I decided to loose the weight for good.
I started going to the gym. I've been walking 1.5 miles in 30 minutes. I'm finding I'm light headed after exercising. It passes after a few minutes.
Money is an issue for me. I'm living from paycheck to paycheck.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
