Hey guys,
I tried to do a search on this and have found some conflicting information and was hoping someone could clear this up for me....
I love sweet potatoes and thought they were better for you than regular potatoes as they have more complex carbs in them....
But then I read that they are much higher in sugar???
Does anyone know which is true? I bought some and now am deliberating whether just to feed them to my partner....
