Thanks for replying! It's good to know it's possible to meet my goal, I went through some calorie tables and all i can say is I'm never touching fast food again, i knew it was bad but not THAT bad. by the way which meal should have the most calories or should it all be equally divided? currently i eat the most at night, normally a steak+salad and less at lunch, fruit/soup and even less at breakfast, boiled eggs, am i doing this wrong? I'm thinking about consulting a nutritionist did that work for you?
