D Rock's grilled Salmon.

I used filet portions for this incredibly easy and satisfying recipe.

You'll need:
  1. A BBQ
  2. Vinegar and Oil dressing
  3. Salt & Pepper
  4. Lime juice
  5. Aluminum foil
  6. Baller grilling skills
  7. Salmon, of course!
First, apply aluminum foil to the grill as a grilling platform for the salmon. Then, fire your grill and let it warm up while you liberally apply lime juice to your portions of salmon (front and back). As well, using a cooking brush to apply the vinegar and oil dressing in liberal amounts (front and back as well). Apply the dressing and lime juice prior to putting the salmon on the grill.

Now it's time to put the fish on the foil and let it grill. I let mine grill for roughly 8 minutes total on the aluminum foil (4 minutes front and 4 minutes back). While it is grilling go ahead and and liberal amounts of salt and pepper to each side.

Shortly after that, CAREFULLY remove the foil from under the salmon and apply it directly to the grill surface. The remaining time that is needed to grill properly will obviously depend on your grill and your grilling tastes (mine was roughly 7-10 minutes). I'm near certain this will provide you with tender and juicy salmon.

After your salmon is off the grill go ahead and serve w/ a side of your choice. I chose 1-1/2 cups of Romaine lettuce salad w/ vinegar, oil, 2 sliced mushrooms and 1/8 cup mozzarella cheese.

Enjoy!
