I know weight watchers sounds crazy, but it works. Don't really know how, but it does. I am supposed to have like 36 points per day. When I first started I thought man, I can't eat this much food and lose weight. Well I gave it the benefit of the dout, and at the end of the week the weight was gone. I think it has something to do with the types of food you eat. It teaches you what kind of foods to eat. When I would get hungry I would go for the fruits because they are low to no points. You can eat whatever you want, but eat the wrong things and your shot for the day. Knowing this I would eat foods with low points so I could eat more. Crazy as it may sound just hang in there. It wont take long for you to see results. Also stick with this forum. You will find more help here than you can imagine.
