I just joined this week and there is no way i can eat to reach my points-
It comes up calculated to 43- I heard that they recently upped everyones by about 8 points, so i dropped my number to 35-
I have been eating more this week while trying to eat better, than i usually come close too-
I am usually a 1 meal kind of guy, and always fairly healthy- I regularly go all day- sometimes a snack in the afternoon- Bad for metabolism i guess is my problem-
Eating the way i normally do its rare i could see myself clearing 20-25pts-
This week I have been trying to do fruit for breakfast and lunch and a healthy dinner coming in at a total of 26 pts or so
WHY THE HELL AM I FAT?!?
I dont eat crap- Cut out fastfood a year ago except the ocasional every couple weeks- Eat a ton of chicken, No Soda in 10 years- Its always water / Iced tea
I can't see myself losing much on weight watchers unless there is something I am just not doing right-
