I am taking daily multivitamins drinking at leat a gallon of water per day. and as far as muscle loss is concerned. I work out every day very hard. I run not for distance but to keep my heart rate up for over 25 min. to put my body into fat burning mode.. I have done research and I know that I shoould have a few more calories but I feel good I don't think I'm losing muscle mass at all but rather gaining from my workouts.. Who knows I may have gained a little after my next weigh in. |
If you're only eating 500 calories a day, you are starving yourself, and the fact that you are spacing it out throughout the day does not change that fact. I would be absolutely floored is you were able to gain a noticable amount of muscle mass from working out while eating that few of calories.
