| Re: Looking at buying a treadmill The reason why I suggested the bike I did is that as you grow in strength and power the electric bikes can't. The one I showed you works with air resistance, the harder you push the harder it pushes back. You can use your hands and legs to work and it's awesome for High Intensity Interval Training HIIT which is the BEST way to lose fat and only 20 minutes a day required.
