Easy come, easy go, do exercise hard, have low-calories diet,.... and do everything that force your body lose weight as quickly as possible, they just lose your water, lose you muscle tissue and there's no reason to celebrate, it will smash down you metabolism and you will be a obese weak guy. Water will come when you have something to drink, muscle tissue is Metabolism active tissue. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn even you do nothing (such sleeping).
So i think you should ask another question: how to gain muscle fast instead of how to lose fat fast!Just my opinion. |
