| Re: Hey. New guy here... Welcome to the site! I'm sure everyone here will be of great help to you. I know they have been to me. Just then encouragement helps keep you going everyday. I myself dont count calories. I've cut out carbs and sugars for a while and started drinking ALOT more water plus have started walking on a treadmill for at least 30 min a day. So far I've lost 14 lbs in about 2 weeks! So if I can do it I'm sure you can.
