I also have psychosomatic asthma and take my inhaler twice a day (morning an night) and I know exatcly how you feel. I don't have anyone to do this with me, but I'm doing it for myself and although I'm doing it alone, I have lots of support for my friend and family. I recently bought a treadmill and now I'm taking it very slowly. The first week all I did was walk normally for about 30/40min because of my asthma, but actually i didn't have any shortness of breath. I felt pretty good with myself. Now I'm taking baby steps.
