I don't think so.
The company I work for goes into the field, sets up towers that measures the wind speeds, frequency etc, and then they use the software to put that data into charts etc that other companies that operate windfarms can look at and determine whether it would be a good location.
I mostly know how to install the software, not how to actually use it
