WOW! That is so cool and so encouraging. I've been trying for about 1 1/2 weeks now. I actually lost 10 lbs the first week! i'm going to weigh again on Monday. I'm hoping for some weight loss even just a pound will do. Seeing how all of you on here are losing and making changes and accomplishing things is so encouraging. I've actually gotten my mom to try and lose too. She has problems with her back that make it impossible to exercise. She can hardly stand long enough to brush her teeth. So she has put on alot of weight for her. But she is now cutting carbs and sugars. I'm so excited that she is willing to try.
