It's actually a lot easier than you think! The safest way is through healthy eating and ideally some exercise too, which is what we encourage here! All it really takes is counting calories. Shouldn't take more than 10 minutes out of your day. What we can do is help you figure out how many calories you should be eating on average each day in order to achieve your weight loss goals.
We can also help you tweak your diet a bit too and give some tips to reduce hunger.
