If there is a fitness instructor / nutritionist on this site I would apprechate the help before I go totally crazy
I hate to say this, but you really don't need vegetables or exercise to lose weight, although both are good for you. All you need to do is count your calories which isn't that hard to do. What we offer here is to help you figure out how many calories a day your body burns naturally, and from there we can tell you how many calories a day you need to eat in order to achieve your weight loss goals!
