Not sure if this is in the right place or not, as I am still trying to figure out what goes where. I am 30 yrs old, 5'5, 280lbs, and male. Can anyone tell me what my BMI, an BMR is? Also with exercise, how important is it to get all of your calories in? Is cardio better than strength training, or should you mix them up? Maybe 3 days cardio, and 3 days strength training. I have also been wondering if there is a difference between a tread mill, and actual walking? Hope this is not too many questions, but right now I am full of them.
