Ireland, what do you eat?
Meats? Bread? fruit??

Tell us some things you eat. Maybe we can help more.

Maybe stop frying thing.. instead boil,broil or bake your meat. Find some lower carb lower calories bread, Fruit is good, replace sweets with a piece of fruit. Drink milk? Drink skim milk. I would suggest a low fat cheese.. but that's just nasty
