yeah i'm sure you are right that it is water weight. I just started trying to lose weight a week ago. I changed my diet cut out all carbs and sugars for 2 weeks and am going to start adding carbs and fruit back into my diet in about another week. I'm just excited to have lost any weight. I know it is better to lose it slower and I dont expect to keep dropping big numbers. I'll be happy with 1-2 lbs a week. I dont want to just be skinny, I want to be healthy. What is weird is I'm actually eating more than I was before and I'm losing. Before I started this I would skip breakfast and eat lunch at 2:30 then a snack about 5:30 and that was it other than a couple of soda pops. I guess eating is kick starting my metabolism. But what ever it is I'm happy and so excited to be losing weight.
