Hey guys,
I am new so firstly I would like to introduce my self. My name is Linda and I live in a remote part of Ireland.
I need to loose 5+ stone and am now ready to do it and that is why I am asking you for your help. I have tried many diets and find that they were not working for me. This is my problem. I cannot eat vegatables - I get sick. Yes physically sick. It must be some sort of mental block I have from a child. I eat a vegatable and then I throw up. Diets like weight watchers / unislim ect all say fill up on vegatables (free food) and I cannot. Thats problem number one and problem two is my time. I live in a rural part of Ireland. I leave my house at 6.00am from work and dont get home till 7.00pm, I then cook dinner, play with my daughter for an hour then I have to put her to bed. At that stage I am just fit for bed myself let alone start doing exercise.
I would really like if someone could give me advice on how I can do this. I am not going to do a food subsitute plan. Its just not for me.
If there is a fitness instructor / nutritionist on this site I would apprechate the help before I go totally crazy
