well... I know that you probably charge when asked a question

but here goes:
I just bought a treadmill and I really want to make it a daily habit. the problem is that i have asthma and a simple thing like climbing a flight of stairs really triggers it. What kind of workout planning would you suggest? I know that I have to start very slowly because of the asthma, but I know that being overweight doesn't actually help either. I really want to build cardio resistance and maybe (just maybe) one day be able to jog for about 5 minutes (at this point, I don't ever dar to ask for more
