Hi all. Hi everyone. I'm new to the site and am just starting out on my life changing journey to a new healthier me. I've finally decided to make the changes I need in order to be healthier. Until recently I hadnt realized just how much my weight was affecting my health. I've had asthma since I was 11 but it has never been bad till this last year. I've had to start using my inhaler on a a weekly basis, sometimes more often. I've been diagnosed with sleep apnea and am having to use a cpap at night because i stop breathing in my sleep. All this and more all because I got lazy and let myself go. But now i'm going to change all that. My boyfriend and I are going to start the South Beach Diet and I'm thinking about joining tan & tone for the robotic exercise machines for a while till I can do more. I bought an elliptical trainer but after about 5 minutes on it I can barely breath and my knees hurt so bad I want to cry. But I'm going to keep at it.
