My goals are a reflection of trying to fit more into my days, in a less stressful way:
- Get up an hour early to have a leisurely breakfast before work, read the papers and get to work less frazzled and/or sleepy
- Cut out junk food, I am lucky in that I love fresh veggies and cook from fresh every night - before christmas it was more about convenience that led me to order in

- Lose weight and get into shape for the summer, I am aiming to start cycling to work, so that I get my daily exercise in without spending my evenings at the gym
- Go for one walk in the countryside every week
- Organise my finances better
