I have to go visit my family back home and i am determined not to be the black sheep in such a healthy family. However, where i live it is nearly impossible to go out on a run as it is freezing now, and the only exercise i get is climbing up the 8 flights of stairs twice a day, going to and coming back from work!
Thank you and look forward to your replies! |
If there was a solution that was quick and easy everyone would be doing it! It is not safe to lose weight "quick" as you say, even more so without exercise. The safest amount doctors recommend for most people is about 1 kilogram a week. We can help you change your eating plan to allow you to lose 1kg a week safely.
Since it's cold outside, why not climb stairs for exercise? That's a cheap and easy way to exercise and stay warm. Gym memberships vary depending on location so you'll want to contact some local gyms to ask. There is no magic diet pill so to speak, however when used with healthy eating AND exercise some can help enhance results.....however IMO most are a waste of money.
