...but I having second thoughts because I'm worried that I'll make a huge investment and then don't take advantage of it.
I really hate going to the gym, so I thought that it would be easier for me to buy a treadmill and power walk an hour or so when I got home form work. I really have the willpower (at the moment) to embrace that type of commitment especially because losing weight is a lifetime change and that would help, but I'm worried that my willpower will "blow away with the wind" some time from now.
What is your opinion?
