Hi Cynnie, I get sweets cravings too, and satisfy them with cocoa which is GREAT for your health, has 29 times more antioxidants than broccoli, & is even *required* in the diet book I'm using..."The Cardiologist's Wife's Chocolate too! Diet: No Sugar, No Fat & Luscious." It's on Amazon.

Just read the Amazon page to find out how good this diet is for you. Also this diet is BOTH low carb & low fat...Adkins has too much fat for me.
Anyway, buy just unsweetened, non-alkalinized cocoa & Splenda. Mix Equal amounts first, then add water, a little for swoony fudge sauce, more for a chocolate drink. (Avoid milk for the latter; there's evidence that milk prevents the absorption of antioxidants.)
Fudge Sauce:
Mix together equal amounts of Unsweetened (non-alkalized) Cocoa & Splenda. Add water a bit at a time, stirring, till sauce reaches desired consistency. Microwave if you like, pour on artificially sweetened yogurt and fruit, anything. Each tbsp unsweetened cocoa = 20 calories. Two tablespoons mixed with water make a nice serving: 40 calories. No sugar, no fat --
-- and a mega-dose of antioxidants. One tablespoon has 4,000 antioxidants! Look at the list below:
