The ONLY thing i'm doing for exercise is -- 3-5 days of the work week, I walk "uphill" in the parking garage for a 1/2 hour.... and then once a day for about 20-30 minutes I do walk 'around' the dog park while Roxi is running with her doggie friends LOL

That's all the exercising I'm doing.. I wanted to join a gym or something, but i can't justify the cost at this time.
Also, when I say I'm watching calories, I'm supposed to eat like 2800 a day or some ungodly amount of food.... I am eating NO MORE than 1200 a day... most days I eat about 1100-1200.... I have a 200 calorie breakfast, a 100 calorie snack, 300 calorie lunch, a 100 calorie snack, 400 calorie dinner and then 100 calorie snack..... that's how I break up my day

If I know i'm going to have a REALLY good dinner, I'll not have my afternoon or evening snack so I can have more at dinner
I eat LOTS of vege's.... my favorite snack
