Lifting dumbbells is always an option and they're not very expensive. You can get the kind that have all different weights for you to choose from. If you go quickly from with little to no rest in between exercise sets you can really get your heart rate up!

Hitting a punching bag is incredible exercise too, and there is a ton of free literature on "boxing training" on the internet that you can get so you could train like a boxer (at your own pace of course)...but the workouts can be very intense if you want them to be!

What about dance videos where you learn some dance moves?
