Sometimes I come home from work quite late and then I don't like to do smething like jogging outside anymore. And I don't really like something like pilates, yoga or fitness videos. Nevertheless I want to do a work-out. So I just thought if there were any pieces of sports equipment which are not to expensive and which I could use at home? |
