One of the things that I do is endulge in healthier sweets, which include high protein/low carb shakes, low calorie/low sugar chocolate fudgesicles (40 calories each), healthy cereal bars made by South Beach, etc...all of which have a sweet flavor without the penalty of high calories and high carbs.
