| Re: Shakes and Cocktails Not really :-) I also drink this kind of shakes from time to time in the evening instead of a regular dinner, but not too often as I don't like them to much. Usually I just put some fruits like bananas, some fat free yogurt, sometimes a little bit of sweetener (not too often as I know that it is not so healthy) and ice cubes into a mixer. But these shakes are so yummy! |
