It might very well be water weight. But I do pace myself. I never weigh myself before I go to sleep and the morning after. I weigh myself every morning. I need to get out of the habit anyway because some people say that you must weigh yourself no more than weekly. You may be right though this may slow down. I just dont want it to slow down so far that I plateau
