If I can be totally honest here... I personally think you're trying to change too much at once. If I made all those changes at one time I could NEVER keep with it.
It took me 40 years to figure that out about myself. I finally started changing one thing at a time. First I began by adding more whole foods...grains...veg, fruit (I loved fruit anyway so that wasn't so hard).
Next I cut back on adding salt when I cooked. Everything you buy has too much salt already.
Then I started eating less sugar products. The fruit was helping with that.. but I upped it more.
Then I began watching my portions. I sometimes will buy a bag of doritos.. but if the serving size is 10 chips.. I count out 10 chips! I haven't bought chips in months though.
Oct I started drinking just water. I said I would go all water when my canned Fresca's ran out. The first 2 or 3 weeks were rough. Now I love water, and such great side effects... my skin is baby soft and my hair is so much shinier now!!
My next change is when the white bread in my freezer runs out.. I'm going to whole wheat. I'm not nuts about whole wheat bread... but I know it's better for me, my body, my blood sugar.
Make your changes slowly.. give them time to become habit.. like your old habits did.
Don't deprive yourself of anything. Just be moderate with everything. It's ok if the weight comes off slowly, it's more apt to stay off the slower it comes off.
Good luck with your weight loss, I know it's hard, but you can do it!!!
